I'm just wondering if everything will fit together and if i need to upgrade my PSU.

CPU is AMD socket AM3+ Motherboard is Intel LGA 1150 and they will not fit together. The CPU calls for an AM3+ motherboard and the motherboard will only fit Intel's 4th generation Haswell Ix Core cpu's.
The PSU will run the cards which ever you get.

I don't recommend you get a 670, the 760 would be a better deal. The PSU would have no problem running these components, I recommend getting an aftermarket heatsink, I've been using the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO for a while now, and you can get some pretty good temps with it. It goes for about 40 bucks on Newegg.

The 4gb 670 is £50 cheaper than the 760 4gb :p
