Now My Ques is WIll I be able to play Games like GTA 4, Crysis 3, BF3 at High FPS..???

MY PC config:
Intel i5-3570k
Kingston 4GB RAM
GIGABYTE B75M-D3H Motherboard
Monitor: LG Flatron E1942 ( 1366 x 768 )
PSU : 550 W ( Not branded, but Certified )

Solution
Just google an image of PCI-E 6 pin connector, then check if a cable comes out of your power supply that looks like that. If not, then I believe there are adapters that can convert a molex to 6 pin. But, you can avoid all that hassle and just get the 7750.

What is your budget? I noticed your monitor's resolution is only 1366x768. Are you planning on buying a new one anytime soon? Also, the hd6670 will let you play on med-high at that resolution. If you upgrade your monitor to 1080p, your performance will drop down to low.

If money is tight, would you be willing to spend ~$110 for an hd7770 or ~$150/160 for something like the gtx 650ti boost?

If that's your total budget, it will be a big improvement over the gt610.

Also consider this: for 1200 more rs, a much better card than the 6670

Doesn't the GTX 650 require a 6-pin connector from power supply? If so, does your power supply have one? Nice thing about the 7750 is it gets its power from motherboard.
