I need an excellent coller for my 4770K when overclocked to around 4.2GHz:
It cant be too expesnsive or too big. I would say limit is £50, but if it is an excellent cooler then I will go over, also I would prefer if it was air cooled but I don't really mind if it was water. Plus if it was a water cooler does it have to be refilled?
Thanks to anyone who can help.

The best air cooler available is the Phanteks PH-TC14-PE and it runs £56 ish w/o VAT in your neck of the woods

Now with a turbo setting @ stock of 3.9 Ghz, 4.2 is not a big OC..... so you coulld get away with something cheaper like the hyper 212.... it runs 14C hotter than the Phanteks in the Vortez test but is more than adequate for 4.2 GHz and is usually under £20 excluding VAT
