Could i use this graphics card in my pc?

i think this is my pc specs: http://www.expertreviews.co.uk/pcs/1296637/medion-akoya-e4057-d/specifications I'm not to sure if its the real specs but im looking to get a graphics card for it. I was thinking about a GTX 650 TI 2/1gb memory, If anyone has good ideas what i should get graphics card wise much appreciated. i will be spending up to about £120 for it.

Most games i play is Dayz, BF3, League of Legends and left 4 dead 2.

If that is the correct spec, yes you can use the 650ti on that rig. It says "PCI-E x16 slots (free) 1 (1)"

Would there be anything i need else to make it work? Like something to connect to the power supply straight from the Card? Or do you have any other recommendations for a different card?

Yes, it needs a 6pin power connector from your PSU. If you can get the 760, get that one.
