Best budget nVIDIA and AMD Graphics card?

I need the best graphics card for a budget price and the graphics card needs to be ready to handle next gen games (GTA-V). I don't really have a budget for the graphics card, I just need a gaming computer for under £800,i'm not going to make my own because my mother won't let me.

Don't forget when you get your system that the CPU is also very important so if you get the wrong CPU you'll be bottlenecked by it.

I strongly recommend these specs regardless of whether you buy the graphics card separately:

1) CPU-> i5-3xxx or i5-4xxx (I'm not recommending AMD except lower-budget systems)
2) DDR3 8GB 1600MHz
3) GTX760 or HD7950 minimum (I recommend the MSI GTX760)

You'll also need to replace the Power Supply since it's very unlikely a new model with no graphics card would have sufficient power. So you'll need to ask about that (i.e. 650W with sufficient 6-pin/8-pin connectors and good reviews).

Finally, get Start8 from Stardock ($5) if you get a Windows 8 machine. I definitely do recommend Windows 8 64-bit as it's...

Thanks so much! I didn't think I would need a powerful power supply! Now I need to know the best CPU out of these; amd fx 8320 or fx 6350 or Intel i5-4G?
