I have recently bought a new computer and was very disappointed to find that the wifi adapter and the Ethernet controller are not working properly.

For the wifi adapter after countless times of installing the driver, as soon as it finishes it says the driver didn't install properly. Also the wifi adapter itself is not recognised when I plug it in and it cannot find the driver.

For the Ethernet controller I can't find out what make it is so cannot find the driver for it online.
I have been trying for over a month now to find a solution but cannot find it anywhere. Please help me

You bought a computer or you build a computer? If you bought it pre-assambled, why do you have to mess around with drivers? If you build it, why don't you know, what's in there?
Please post a much info about the system as you have incl the OS version.

Okay. So the processor is AMD FX-4350 quad core processor
The motherboard is manufactured by BIOSTAR and the model number: A960D+
What else do you need?

Start with the Chipset driver, On-Board LAN is second. That should give you wired access to the internet. For the wifi, we need at least the chip manufacturer (Atheros, Realtech, Broadcom,...)

Yes all the drivers there are for your board just select based on your OS, then use the USB stick.

I have downloaded the chipset and the onboard LAN for windows 7

Install both and a lot of yellow exclamation marks in device management will be history.
