I am coming up to the time when I need to change my liquid cooling loop. Once emptied, what is the best to circulate the water through the system while filling it? Because the loop won't just fill it's self by pouring liquid in. Can I just hit the power button in order to turn on and then off the pc or will that damage it?

Solution
Disconnecting the power cables for most components and just plugging in the pump would be the best way. The CPU MUST be unplugged, the rest should be too but not absolutely necessary.

Solution
Unplug everything except the pump from power and jumper the 24pin so you can still turn on the PSU without the motherboard. Fill the pump with water, flick the switch on the PSU and it should pump the water. Turn it off, top up the loop, rinse and repeat until its full.
