(Just cancelled PSU order) Please suggest a Haswell compatible PSU (~600w)

Here is my system:

i5 4670k
Gigabyte Z87 HD3
HD 7970

I know non compatible PSUs work with haswell processors but as I'm building a PC from scratch I may aswell buy a PSU compatible with the Haswell sleep state. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Preferably around the £60 mark, modular is a huge plus!

More about cancelled psu order suggest haswell compatible psu 600w
  1. I see you are going to overclock so take at least 650-700w PSU.
  2. Where will you be ordering from? Amazon.co.uk?

If so, this one is great: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-TX650V2-Enthusiast-Series-Bronze/dp/B004O0P9TO/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1379870800&sr=8-2&keywords=Corsair+TX650M

Don't get cheap brands, because if they blow up they take the rest of your computer. I also do not recommend Corsair CX series, because they use lower-quality materials for that specific serie.

The reviews are a bit off putting, do you have any idea why?
  4. Corsair TX650V2 Enthusiast Series 650W TX ATX/EPS 80 PLUS Bronze PSU

    or

XFX P1-650S-NLB9 PRO650W Core Edition Power Supply

    In terms of noise/reliability? :)
  5. No idea why the reviews. The Corsair TX series are great.

Here's the same PSU except it's the 750W version: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-TX750V2-Enthusiast-Series-Bronze/dp/B004O0P9VC/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1379871206&sr=8-3&keywords=TX+750

It has significantly better reviews, and all that changes between those two is the wattage.

And about the XFX, never owned one, but personally I'd stick with the Corsair PSU for reliability.
  6. XFX P1-650S-NLB9 PRO650W Core Edition Power Supply < Much better
  7. XFX is made by SEASONIC , best in the business.
