here's my build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1Gn3f, I need a good PSU not too expensive, budget is 60euros (81$), if possible the PSU should be silent. Note that the price doesn't equal the price on newegg, the price is somewhat higher here, maybe 5-10%.
I found psus from those manufacturers (they don't sell all here):

Coolermaster (some more...)
LC Power (lot's of these)
Fortron (lot's of these)
Chieftec (lot's of these)
MSi (lot's of these)
Gigabyute (only one that fits my budget - GIGABYTE PSU SUPERB POWER 460W)
Powerline (few)
Raidmax (maybe 50 found)
The seasonic ones are too expensive
