Upgraded my gpu to the GTX 660 TI 2Gb, going to run SLI on 2 of them. I have a Coolmax ZU-900B PSU (900W). Is that going to be enough power to run the SLI and all my other stuff too?

More about : power sli

I'm using a 620w PSU to run SLI'd 660Ti's so I reckon you might just scrape by.

I just want to make sure before I go hooking stuff up that I wont slow my processor or ram down with insufficient power.

Don't worry, you should be fine with 900W. :)
