ATI v.s Geforce

this is an obvious choice but my friend wont believe me when i say the GeForce 8400 GS 512mb DDR3 graphics card is better than the ATI Radeon 9200 128mb DDR. Am i wrong???

Here's Tom's Hardware Best GPU for the Money - September 2013. It clearly lists the Geforce 8400GS above the Radeon 9200. I would also note that AMD no longer supports the 9200 with drivers. Support for that card ended in November 2006.
