Solution
What do you mean bu "utilize" ?

1, Make them spin ?
2. Make them spin in response to load .... that is fans speed up when things get hotter ?

MoBo:
2 x CPU Fan connectors (1 x 4-pin, 1 x 3-pin)
2 x Chassis Fan connectors (1 x 4-pin, 1 x 3-pin)

Case supports 7 fans , 5 of which are supplied:
- Front: 120mm or 140mm x 1 (120mm Blue LED Fan x 1 built-in)
- Rear: 120mm x 1 (120mm x 1 Standard Fan built-in)
- Top: 120mm or 140mm Fan x 2 (120mm Blue LED Fan x 1 built-in)
- Side: 80mm x 2 (80mm Standard Fan x 2 built-in)
- Bottom: 120mm or 140mm x 1 (optional)

Now if this source is correct

It says that the Fan connector type is 3-pin/molex which I am...

It says that the Fan connector type is 3-pin/molex which I am guessing means it lets you use either 3 pin or molex.

So the MoBo limits you to 2 fans for the CPU cooler and 2 fans for the chassis leaving you three short...... no problem :)

Power for all 5 fans will be provided by Molex connector .... one PWM cable from MoBo to PCB and then connect all ya fans to the PCB connectors.

or what about this one

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811235027&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

When a case has a fan controller, don't all the fans connect to the controller then all I need to do is connect a molex connector to the controller ?
