You need a board with 2 x PCI-E slots that supports Crossfire X. Not a real good idea going with dual low end cards like that though. You will be much happier with a single more powerful card. AMD 7xxx series cards suffer from frame pacing issues. Somewhat fixed now in the latest drivers but there is still a memory controller issue that is hardware.

New AMD cards will be out next month and should fix the problems with the 7xxx series.

Thanks for the responses, i brought an MSI motherboard with two PCIe slots but it wasn't able to support the crossfire, these cards don't connect physically they crossfire through software, they need a particular motherboard type, i was guessing it had to be Gigabyte and/or AMD processor but wasn't sure which ones. I do know the issues and limitations of using these cards but that's not a problem i was trying it out on my rig but it didn't work. I do use a MSI Nvidia GTX 760 2GB DDR5 TF but want to find out more about these two for a family member who's not concerned with gaming, but wants the multi displays these can give, any help? Kind regards.
