Windows 7 installation stuck at "Windows Is Loading Files."

I just bought a bunch of upgrades for my computer, and I'm trying to put a fresh installation of Windows 7 Pro on it, but when I try and start the installation, I get stuck at the "Windows is Loading Files" progress bar. I have tried different versions of Windows, also. Vista gets past expanding files from CD, but doesn't get past that. Windows 8 seems to work fine, but I would much rather have 7. Here are my specs:

ASUS M5A97 R2.0 with most recent BIOS (1903)
FX-8320 (Not OC)
ADATA SX900 256GB
Seagate 2TB 6Gb/s
2x4GB Patriot 1600MHz
2x4GB Ballistix Sport 1600MHz
HIS IceQ Radeon HD 6870 1GB GDDR5
IN WIN Commander III 700W

I've tried removing some RAM to only two sticks, cloning my old boot drive, and updating my BIOS. As far as installation goes, I've tried DVD's and USB drives, and Linux and Windows 8 are the only things that will work. Any suggestions?

Solution
''2x4GB Patriot 1600MHz
2x4GB Ballistix Sport 1600MHz''
better to put the same and not mix brand togeter...try by removing 2 memory stick and try it again with installation
and notice a windows 7 instalation can take a while to finish

I've already tried that, just the Ballistix sticks were in when I continued to run into this problem. I also don't think the "Windows is Loading Files" screen could take more than 30 minutes, especially on such hardware.
