There are no set voltages to work from, every 4770K you play with will vary from one to another, just like there are no set OC limits, some 4770Ks can hit 4.8, a few more can reach 4.7, and even more 4.6, more at 4.5 and most can hit either 4.3-4.4, but not all

I'm aware of that, but I'm looking for recommendations, so if someone suggests 1.15 for a certain clock I'll know where to start.

1.25 is the quasi accepted testing voltage, what I normally do is go to it and try running 4.6, if no joy, I'll drop to 4.5, or if fine take it up to 4.7. Many simply start at 4 and then try going up and adjusting voltages as you go. Depending on your mobo, many have preset OCs the BIOS will try and tune to, with those you can take screenshots of your base (default) BIOS settings, via flash drive and the F12 key, then try one of the preset OCs and see what all is changed to vCore and other voltages and settings and get shots of that, which can help you with additional smaller or greater OCs

In addition to what luck ya had in silicon lottery, what Motherboard, what cooling and even how good is ya PSU come into play. There is such a wide variation between CPUs and there are so many interacting factors involved w/ Haswell that it's hard to give a straight "one size fits all"

Here's a great way to start if so equipped with this or a similar feature set

1.275 is the max for the auto tuning utility tho.

Manual overclock is covered here:

1.25 for 4.3 is a good stating point ... Asus reported that 50% of Haswell CPUs can do 4.4 - 4.5

They also reported that 4.6 GHz can take from 1.15 - 1.40 volts
