I'm really annoyed knowing that the laptop i got (asus g46v 14") with nvidia gtx 660m has some great cooling system they say (i've searched the internet) but from what i am experiencing right now, the temperature of my gpu increases to 60C without me playing any high end game and it just sits idle. My problem is that the fan of my gpu is not running causing my gpu to get hot while i'm not playing any games (like bf3, dota2, etc.) which leaves only the fan of my cpu running to cool off my laptop, so my question is, how do i turn on my gpu fan while my laptop is on idle or im just doing music, internet stuff and programs that are not highly gpu eater? The only time my gpu fan runs is when i play games and that drastically cools my gpu temp from 60C to 40C-50C. I've tried using speedfan, rivatuner, and nvidia system monitor but i can't access to control either my cpu fan or my gpu fan (to control the fan speed etc.). I'm assuming that my question is a stupid one (lol) but any help and suggestions will really help me a lot.

Thanks guys!
