Motherboard asus a8n5x problem startin bios

I was getting problems adding a memory module, at starting warning and not starting bios, I tested every single module in another mobo and were ok., back in the asus a8n5x testing the memory modules in diferent slots, some times starting and entering windows, some times not, at the end apparently it was fixed with just two identical memory sticks, I was working with the machine for a while, I shot down. Next time could not start, no entering bios, no warning, all leds on panel showed working, but never enter to bios. Can some body help? I do not another pc with floppy disk neither a bios floppy or the original cd.

Thank you, I already tried it but the same, everything in the computer working, fans, cd, floppy, hdd, etc just the keyboard did not do anything, the power led is on, but not entering to bios, no beep:??:
