Does sound card have any connection to CPU front jack?

My boards internal sound driver doesn't work. So i use an external sound card.

Its kinda old one.

I wanted to know how can i make my PC's front jack work.

Well unless the card has a built in header for front panel connectors you can't. The picture is some what small but I could not see a h-audio connector on that card.
