So here's the build I WANT to get

Here's what I think my build is gonna look like:
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-F2A85XM-D3H $69.99
CPU: AMD A10-6800K Richland 4.1GHz $114.99
Hard Drive: WD Blue 1 TB Desktop Hard Drive: 3.5 Inch, 7200 RPM, SATA 6 Gb/s, $64.99
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Blue 4GB (1x4GB) DDR3 1600 MHz $39.99
Case: NZXT Source 210 ELITE Midtower Case with 3.0 USB $44
Power Supply: Corsair Builder Series CX 430 Watt $40.99

EXTRAS: (For when I have a bit more cash)
Windows 7 64-bit $100

Graphics Card(s): HIS H775F1GD Radeon HD 7750 1GB (128bit) GDDR5 $89.99

SAPPHIRE 100358L Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB $104.99

PNY VCGGT610XPB GeForce GT 610 1GB 64-bit DDR3 $39.99

Oh and would a larger power supply, say 750 watt be better at all? Oh and is Windows 7 more gamer-friendly than Windows 8?

Spend a little more on motherboard and get this one. That way you have an upgrade path to Kaveri when it comes out. If you do decide to game on that 6800k, you are going to need 8gb minimum on ram and it needs to be faster than what you picked. 2133 is best for that APU. If you can squeeze it into your budget, go with a 760k and a 6670 at minimum. It would be a better solution than an APU.

Some casual gaming is fine on the APU adding HD7770 which is the strongest GPU you list improves gaming. That system with HD7770 will run on the CX430 so no need for the 750watt which would not deliver anymore performance. Windows 7 or 8 is only personal preference no performance difference.

Black ops 2 or more modern games in medium. Also would the PNY Geforce I listed help gameplay or no?

So, would the system as is be able to run Black ops or BioShock infinite on medium? Also I have a 350W power supply salvaged from a recent build would I be able to use that?

Yes, it should run them at Medium settings. I'm not too sure about the 350w PSU. Personally, I've always purchased 500w or greater PSUs...imo, it's a good long term investment since it will power additional components you may want to add down the line...
