At a loss to what to do?

======================================================
No Boot, 1ms Flash of all LED's on power on from case. There are no lights on my mobo when switch is turned from PSU. There is no post. No Beeps, No LED.
===========================================

So I built another computer, thought mobo/psu were bad....so I've got 3 of the same motherboard and 2 of the same psu. All have same problem,

Is this the cpu's fault I've never had such trouble with a build before? I bought the CPU over a year ago and it was just sitting in a box until last few weeks. Does a non compatible bios not boot like that as well, or am I looking at an RMA with amd for parts/labor.?

Case- Chasar A71 Full Tower Case
PSU- Antec Earthwatts EA 650 Green
Motherboard- Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3
CPU- AMD FX 8350
Gfx- HIS IceQ x2 7970 3gb 384-Bit
Ram- Corsair Vengeance Ram
HDD- 4 TB HDD's Int/Ext
Optical- Sata DVD-drive

Standard heatsink from the 8350,

Thank you for any help.

Unsupported BIOS is really the only thing it could be since it's the same problem on multiple identical builds.

Make sure your CPU is seated correctly into the mobo, I just fixed a build for a friend who managed to put everything together but never actually seated the CPU properly into the mobo, when locking the little notch on the mobo the CPU should move a tad and fully lock into place. I'd start there and see what turns up, oh and check for broken pins, happens a lot more often than you think

I purchased 2 Brand-new Antec PSU's. As well as tested them on 3 separate motherboards of the same type.

I had wiggled the latches and tried to seat it multiple different times, but it seems to be sat. Latch is good. There is literally zero wiggle-room, triple checked the pins all of them appear to be straight.

No Bio's appears at all. No Led's no post. it does a part of a millisecond flash "on LED's internally" when I press case power, then everything turns off again.

Is a not updated bio's the reason for it not even powering anything at all... I honestly can say I have zero experience with that stuff. "Bio's flash" "Bio's not being compatible with cpu"

Ordered a cheap little sempron $40 a few minutes ago to test but if anyone knows what problem is to save me trouble :D:D:D
