Hello,
I have a Windows Xp, and my monitor is of a size of 22.83 Inches, I have tried every single Resolution and even updated my drivers. Is there another program or something i can use to adjust the screen resolution to the right size. Also: Each Resolution is to big in width for the fitting. PLEASE HELP.

Solution
You can try setting the screen to the highest available resolution, which is usually the native resolution.
LCD monitors can technically support lower resolutions than their native resolution, but the image might be small, centered on the screen, and edged with black, or the image will look stretched.

Otherwise, screen resolution can be set as per the eyes are comfortable to see.

Another consideration in getting the best possible display from your monitor is the screen refresh rate. If the refresh rate is too low, the screen can flicker, which can cause eye strain and headaches. You should select a refresh rate of at least 75 Hertz.

Assuming your monitor is a flat panel display, it will come with a recommended resolution - look in the handbook or do a web search for your monitor.
You should then go into your windows display settings and enter this resolution which should fit your screen perfectly.

Ok you probably didnt read it properly but to simplify, the screen itself is pretty much zoomed in and its not a magnafyer, i need to move the mouse to the side of the screen to see the rest of the display.
