Needing more space on C drive

I have hard drive with four partitions, One with operating system and other three were for three different storage areas. Each of the partitions other than C has lots of space but C is dangerously low. Also in all storage areas, information is not expendable. Wondering if I can just re-combine 1,2,3,4

Windows disk management won't let you expand a partition unless the adjacent partition is empty. Use partition magic or some other 3rd party partition tool. be sure to backup your data first since sometimes things do go as planned.

well, if you have something like partition magic, you should be able to adjust them. I think windows can do it too, it's just easier with 3rd party software.
right click my computer, then manage, you should see storage there. watch youtube, it should help
