Man gta 5 will take probably 5 months to release on the pc and on your pc gta 5 will run very badly or might not run at all ,i suggest you upgrade your graphics card .Your graphics card is very low end and won't run many games properly also gta 4 wasn't properly optimized so we don't know much about gta 5 but chances are you need a quad core cpu and at least a gtx 650 to run properly.

first of all, for all of us (meaning those with fast and slow pc), it will depend on how good they will port the game.
If they make a mess like in gta4, then we are bound to have a slow game.

now, and please dont take this as an insult, your cpu is somewhat ok. It was decent during its time, but nowadays, it is really on the low side.
The gpu, what nvidia does (until they decide to change it), is model their gpu based un numbers. The higher you go, the faster the car is. So for your gpu, the fastest would be gtx690, then a little slower (still blazing fast) is the 680, 670, 660 (going slower as we go). Now, what you have there is a 610, that is the lowest of the bunch. It's not built for gaming to be honest.
Even if they port gta5 flawlessly, you will still have to upgrade. If it was me, ill buy a new pc altogether.

aggreed, if not bothered by performance right now then wait for gta 5 PC version and build new PC then, lots of nice GPU's will get cheaper for sure.

Esspecially because amd releases its hawaii gpu's and nvidia first Q1 in 2014 so the race is on and the prices will go lower.
