Hi,

Below is my potential (gaming) build:

i5 3570
Gigabyte GTX 770 WindForce 3X
Vengeance 8GB DDR3
Xonar Dx
1TB Seagate HDD

Even after getting many precious advises/suggestions, I still have got concerns and reservations regarding exhaust/ventilation of the GPU on my previous choice (Asus B75M-A, which after accommodating the dbl slot GPU, will be left with only one PCIe x1 slot, which'll completely block the WindForce's fans...http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/B75MA/#gallery).

Besides the probably newer/advanced chipset in GB's and other specs listed for both these mobos on their respective websites, please suggest what other differences I should consider and which one of the two should be best suited to my requirement.

PS. I neither intend to have SLI, nor OC the CPU.

Thanks very much.

EDIT: I've done considerable reading on both the mobos separately here and the majority of the opinions about them are mixed. That's why looking for their specific comparison.

Solution
yes it is. 91mhz oc above reference clock.

but you don't need to worry about that oc, it is well within the safety limit of your card and will be not be any problem for u at all.

I'm sorry man but I'm afraid that's too short of a response. It's either going in no direction or in many directions.

Could you please elaborate a little regarding what does not matter?

I'm sure you mean P8H77-V LE. Well thanks a lot Siddharth it's very nice of you.

Just a small general question, like the scenario I mentioned for Asus B75M-A in my original post, as GX 770 WindForce is double slot card, what if I block its fans with a sound card inserted very next to it (in the only available PCIe x1 slot)? Will it keep the GPU from exhausting heat properly, and thereby affect/damage it?

I'm confused and wanted to make 100% sure before making any decision, as I read somewhere there WF has multiple methods of exhausting hot air. So I need guidance from an owner of WindForce GPU or someone who has experience with it.

Ok boss. Phew that's comforting to know :). And by the way I just noticed that Xonar DX is almost half the width of 770. So at least half part of all 3 WindForce fans will remain unobstructed, even if I place the sound card very next to the GPU.

Anyway thanks a lot once again Siddharth.
