Definitely, most advanced users use the H80i or the H100i, the H100i is the best closed loop cooler ive seen, it will easily to the trick :)

Corsair H100i is best i guess, just like everyone else has.

There are also cheaper models in the H series but it depends if you want to overclock of just for fun.

i am passing on the h100i because the fans are noisy and that would mean i would have to get other fans for it setting the price at about 150 euros for me.

No, the H100i is a closed loop liquid cooler from Corsair.
A custom loop is when you buy the tubing, pumps, resovoirs, distilled water, radiators etc and build the water cooling set up yourself.. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NOOBS.
Plus a custom loop would cost from 400-1000... so it is not cheap :)
the H80i or H100i is a much cheaper and better option :)

no the h100i is a all in one closed loop and can not be added to. A custom loop you would have to buy each component.... water block's, rad, pump, res, fittings, tubing, coolant. you can start off with just a cpu loop and later add more to it to cool video cards or even the motherboard.

Very true, the H100i is closed loop but he only wants to cool his CPU, not GPU, RAM etc.
I have answered his question... He wants to cool his CPU, thats it.
There is no reason for a custom loop just for his CPU.
