Install case fans before or after all the other components?

So, should I install the fans before or after I install the CPU, Motherboard, GPU and the like? Basically, should I install it before or after I build and put in everything else?

It's usually a bit easier to put in the case fans first before all the other stuff gets in the way. Decide where each fan will plug into the MB (or fan controller, etc.) and rotate the fans so that the wires from the fans are in the best position. If two fans are side by side, sometimes its better to have their wires touching or twisted/taped around each other so now it's only one double wire going to a location (to keep it neater).
