Which PSU's should I not buy?

Hello. I was gonna buy XFX proseries core edition PSU since it's a cheap, good, silence good quality PSU. But the site I was gonna buy didn't have it. And there reason was "since we mean XFX is a bad PSU and we have alot better ones." Can you guys help me to explain why they should have XFX proseries core edition in there store and not alot of bad PSU's they got? Here the PSU's they got, and which I can choose between:

Can you help me to pick out some bad PSU's which is even worse then XFX proseries core edition? And btw, I want XFX in their store since probably one of the cheapest PSU's in Norway for a wierd reason :)

Well, I'am gonna buy a whole build with R9 290X in crossfire when they come out. So i've been looking on their PSU's. And I'am on a budget so I can't afford a expensive PSU.

Choose the second one for 152 dollars. This is the SilverPower SP-S850M that uses Seasonic as its OEM.

It is based on Seasonic's M12II Bronze 850W platform.
