1. What is your prospective cpu? That determines the chipset you need.
2. Are you planning on dual cards? That determines the size of motherboard you need.
You should be able to budget $150 and meet your needs.
In general, I would discount any motherboard description as "gaming" as advertising fluff.
If you are planning a good single card, then any M-ATX sized motherboard that supports your cpu and any overclocking will do.
Performance in gaming is determined first by your graphics configuration, and second by your cpu. The motherboard has little to do with it.
I would avoid overpaying for the motherboard and use the savings where it counts on the graphics, or possibly the cpu.
