MSI NX8400GS-TD512EH showing colored blurred uneven pixels from booting?

I bought this vga about a year ago.

MSI NX8400GS-TD512EH

I used it on my pc.
Motherboard - Consistent
2 GB RAM
500 HDD

Power supply details :
(3.3V & +5V Max. Output 130 W, all output is extend to 250 W maximum

It was working fine but now it is not.

When i turned on my pc i found this

There are no other symptoms.. no smoke no heating etc. no blast

What should i do to fix it....

I won't be able to buy another one so plz help me with ths one...

Looking at the image I think the GPU has gone bad. If you have a on-video(MB-VGA) then try that to see the results. And the PSU is also another suspect. Try a better one with more wattage.

I changed the boaard and bought MSI G31TM-P21 motherboard and its vga is working well. I also upgraded my power suppy and now i have a 450W one. The PC is working well without GPU.
But when i am using GPU, I am having the same error.

Yes then its surely the GPU has gone south. Replace it. In other words the GPU is dead, sorry. And what PSU did you get, make/model ?

I don't think there is a way to fix the GPU. Only way is to RMA the GPU, provided if its still under warranty period. Another thing, that is not a good brand PSU. XFX, Corsair, Seasonic, are good brands to name a few.
