I'm building a pc for the upcoming release of BF4. I'm running a dual card rig for ultra settings without spending a thousand. I cannot decide between these two, they're similarly priced.

Asus 27" 1ms 1080p monitor
corsair 600t
Asus rog v formula z
Amd 8350 4.0ghz
Corsair h100i
Kingston hyper x beast 1600mhz 16gb ram
Kingston hyper x 120gb ssd
2TB sea gate hdd
Corsair ax860

The Matrix 7970GHz anyday. It trashes the GTX 680 and goes toe to toe with the GTX 770 , so no doubt it will beat the GTX 760. SLI the Matrix , and your least likely to be outperformed by any dual GPU card , or SLI/CFx.
Plus its a premium card , meant for OC , so take a day and learn how to with the card , and OC those beasts for fun ( no need for performance )
And the cooler and looks are just badass. So BIG +1 to the Matrix 7970 in XFire/CFx.
