I am getting 8 beeps every so often. This occurs well after Windows 7/64 has been up and can repeat over and over.

It is a ASUS P9X79LE MB. 16 Gigs Ram, 2 GTX560 SE's running 4 monitors, 3 WD hard drives, 1 OCZ Vertex 4 (512G) as my system disk.

The system has been running for about 1 year and the beeps started recently.

Can someone please tell me what it means and how to fix it?

I did have Intel Rapid storage running but I turned it off since I was also getting various popups about unknown drives, etc. I am sure they are related but not clear what/where the problem is.

Checking around some GPUs also beep when overheating, so check its temps when getting those beeps, if not check your mobo manual under troubleshooting or something like that to find out the meaning of those beeps meanings under OS.

Found the problem. I frequently remote in via Remote Desktop to another system. The remote system WAS having Video Card problems. Muting the sound on the remote system stops the beeps until we fix the remote Video card problem.
