Trouble with running modded Skyrim on GTX 770

I've recently gotten into modding Skyrim, and have stumbled on a bunch that I like and successfully installed them all. The problem is that I randomly get CTDs and low FPS (40-50) and I'm not totally sure why considering I have a GTX 770, which is relatively new and decently powerful. Here are my computer's specs:

Intel i5-4670k OC'd to 4.4 GHz
ASUS GTX 770 2 GB VRAM
8 GB RAM
1080p Monitor
Windows 8 Pro

I'm pretty sure load order and compatibilities aren't the problem because I've used TES5Edit to make sure the order is correct and BOSS to check compatibilities. I'll provide a list of mods, and in addition to that, I'm using a performance version of an ENB. To preface that, many mods are not graphical and simply add content that I'm not always accessing. If my VRAM isn't enough for these mods, does anyone know which are most memory hungry? I've tried using the LITE version of all of my graphical/scenery mods but they really only raise my FPS about 3~4 total as compared to the full versions, which has me most confused.

The more you mod and re-mod Skyrim the more unstable it becomes. Some mods are rock solid and others not so much, it depends on the dev.

Its not a system issue in my opinion, its the modding. The only way to prevent it is to run your mods from a clean install and a clean save, then through trial and error add the mods and uninstall until you find the mod that is causing the CTD. Remember some are also incompatible with each other, for instance FNIS has many incompatibilities.

Are you running scenery mods and any body/armor mods? By my experience those tend to cause most issues for me, especially the armor mods, for some reason I get the most crashes with those, if they are half baked by the dev they can wreak havoc.

I am running a couple of those mods. I have an ENB mod, Lush Trees, Bigger Trees, Flora Overhaul, Pure Water, Climates of Tamriel, maybe a couple more. I have Immersive Armors, but I think that's the only mod I have that actually adds armor. Other mods would just be HD armor and things like that.

I see your list now. I would start with the 'Immersive' mods. Uninstall each in turn and see if any affect anything. Or uninstall them all and see if you CTD, then start re-adding them and test again after you install each one. A pain i know but that is the way it is for modders.

You may want to put SkyUI towards the top too, that is a pretty important mod and its worth a try.
