I'm soon going to build a new system, and this is the plan

I need it to able to play Any Game and record on fraps, at least 30fps.

Most likely will do what you want. I would reccomend a little bigger power supply 600 to 650 nice to have a little room for things you might add later plus the less load a PSU is under the less heat it makes.

would get 990 motherboard if you want to overclock

nzxt source 210 window also good#
xfx 550w psu would be a better psu

If I was to get A 6300 and overclock it to 4.2ghz on a 990 Board, Along side a 7950 and 8gb of Ram, will this run games nicely?
