I have a Dell optiplex GX280 running Windows 7 but whenever i get a graphics card i cant find the drivers for it. Any help on finding a graphics card for my PC with windows 7 drivers?

Hi. If I remember those things, they will not take a standard Graphics card and you would need a low profile card. Those things are not usually all that great. the chipset is too old and Windows7 does not support the build in video card.

You need to buy a separate PCIe video card like GT8800 or GT210

I think that thing is SFF, so will not take a standard sized card or at least the mounting bracket. Some come with both brackets, but not many.
