If the cooler doesn't come with a mounting that replaces the stock AMD retention bracket, you are stuck with mounting it whichever way the grooves in the base plate are cut. That is a common problem if the base plate doesn't have grooves cut in both directions.

No, it doesn't.
But, i'm planning to change my case and I'm going to buy Arc Midi 2.
I hope taht won't be a problem with a new case.

I believe that case has a top vent/fan location. So you could orient the cooler to exhaust upward out the top. Same end result as exhausting out the back, maybe better because of thermal dynamics.
I've never seen those adapters before, but if that is what they are for, I would have expected them to be included with the cooler. If not, then they appear to be what is needed for changing the orientation to exhaust out the back.
