No internet access/ Sites timing out

Hello
My computer is a Dell n5100
Multiple times I get a no internet access in the middle of no where with my current internet connection at work even though it is working fine with my home wifi and I need just to refresh the tab multiple times, until it starts loading

I thought it might be an antivirus problem, so I disabled the antivirus, the firewall and everything, however, the problem still persist

It is to mention that the problem is only on my laptop , with my colleagues having no issues with their laptops, beside the cellphones are all working good, tablets working without an issue.

And even though, the wireless icon is showing limited or no internet access and different browsers are timing out, any download would be still working, without any affection of the download speed
