So I am trying to access the "Documents and Settings" folder on my new computer (I just built it a month ago) and this folder has a padlock on the icon. When I try to access the folder, I get a message that "C:\Documents and settings is not accessible - Access is Denied"
I am logged on to the computer with Administrator rights, according to my account properties in the User Accounts or whatever it's called. When I right click on the folder and go to Properties>Security, it shows that my username has "Full Control" and yet I cannot open the folder.
How do I resolve this dilemma?
