Hi, I need motherboard for my FX 8320.
I will use to PLAY and some soft programs.
I liked:

these two mobos, but reading on the internet I found some glitches with the 8320 paired with these mobos

My question is .. Which motherboard choose for this processor
I am very confused with what brand to choose.
I will OC in future, but for now would be in stock.
any advice is welcome!! :)

You need a motherbpard with a 970 series chipset if you will only use one graphics card

and 990 or 990FX if you might want to add a second card
[ dont be fooled by asrock claiming the extreme4 is a 970 its actually configured as a 990 ]

I use the extreme4 . Its OK quality but not as good as ASUS and Gigabyte . It runs a little hotter . I think it will last 5 years instead of ten . But even a 5 year old pc is so out of date you'd replace it anyway , right?
The extreme3 is very similar .

For quality I would use the ASUS M5A97 R2.0 , or the EVO model if its available to you . NOT the LE version

The other option would be the Gigabyte -ds3p model

I'd rate those two as...

I'd rate those two as both superior to the Asrocks
