I have skyrim, and i modded it, and tried it without mods, but i still have fps that would go from 5fps to 60fps, most of the time however it would be at 10 fps. Another thing is, when skyrim is detecting my hardware for video settings it use to set it to ultra, but now its setting it to high.
I have a superclocked gtx 780, and a intel i7 4770k, Any help would be much appreciated
