My PC Is 1.5gb DDR2 Ram
Intel Celeron D 347
Intel Chipset 82945G
Motherboard- Gigabyte GA-945GCMX-S2
Memory Bus-128 Bit
Memory Supported-DDR2
Cpu Socket- LGA 775/ Socket T
Memory Capicty-4Gb DDR2
Expansion Slot-1 X PCI-E 2.0 X16 And 2 X PCI-E 2.0 X4
Sli- Nvidia Gpu

You have a single core CPU, no graphicscard, not enough RAM and likely need a better power supply to support the required upgrades. Based on that I suggest you start from scratch with a new PC or you could buy a used PC for under $100 that would be a better start to upgrade from. What is your budget?
