cannot see button for switch to backup by file on WD Mypassport Smartware

I just installed WD smartware for WD My passport storage drive on my computer. I chose backup by file option. but on clicking the backup tab, it showed ready for backup by category. There is supposed to be a button to allow to switch to backup by file, but that button is not showing, what is to be done, please help

sorry about double posting. I am first time in this forum. I wasn't sure whether my reply got posted or not, another window popped up prompting me to answer. ended up posting it twice.
