Hello everyone,

I recently bought this card, and when i first started using it all was good, quiet and cool. Now however, it has started to get really loud and the temps go u to and sometimes above 80 celcius with the fans making a lot of noise?! I am playing through Metro Last Light and to begin with there were no problems, never went above 72-73 and ran quietly. I have tried changing video settings but that doesn't seem to work either but as i said, it worked fine on the same settings and now runs really hot and load?! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Jonny

Hi,

Not since I have installed it, which was 3 weeks ago. I currently have 326.8 but i think there is a newer beta version out, shall I give it a try?!

Cheers

it wouldn't hurt to try. What's the ambient temperature in your room also? is your case clean? and does your gpu have room to breath, just making sure we don't skip anything silly.

The room temp is 18-20, the idle temp is 29 and I gave the case a good clean when I installed it 2-3 weeks ago. There is about 4" of clearance above and below the card and I have a Antec 902 case, so decent airflow.

Cheers
