Go here http://www.drivertoshiba.com/satellite-drivers/toshiba-satellite-l670-windows-7-drivers.html and download all the drivers you need to a flash drive.
Install the Intel chipset drivers first, then the graphics driver. Then install the LAN drivers and update Windows 7. Win 7 will update and probably also install all the other drivers for you, but if any fail, use the ones on your flash drive.
