Your going to have a hard time hitting 30fps with that card sorry to say.
You would need a low resolution, and all if not most of the graphics effects turned off.
I tried the game with an old 9800 GT card from Nvidia and it just about kept up with medium settings at 1680 x 1050 resolution. 38fps.

I sold my sapphire 7770 oc and it could run it at MAX settings at around 30-35 and rarely 50fps depending on the area. That card is also quite cheap so its a good option
