Is this PSU any good to power up

CPU: i5 3570k
GPU:hd 7950 vapor-x
MOBO: asus p8b75-v
RAM: 2x4 intel extreme 1866MHz
?

I dont entirely understand PSUs so I know it has a 12V rail it has protection Over-voltage, Over-power, Short-circuit, Under-voltage.. Which is good rite?

This helped me understnad a little but about PSUs .. never knew PSUs were breaken down into tiers :p . I choossee YOU! for the best solution xD (FYI:quoted someone from pokemon xD)

I've had a RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 RX-530SS 530W ATX12V V2.2/ EPS12V for 8 years now. I plugged it in over 8 years ago when I built my PC. I haven't had any issues at all with it! IMO great PSU!
