Hi im trying to build a pc for as cheap as possible while getting the best possible frame rates i can get.

Below is my build
CPU: AMD A4-3300 2.5GHz Dual-Core Processor ($39.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Gelid Solutions CC-Siberian-01 51.9 CFM CPU Cooler ($8.70 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus F1A55-M LE R2.0 Micro ATX FM1 Motherboard ($42.55 @ Newegg)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($55.99 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Western Digital Scorpio Black 500GB 2.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($62.67 @ Outlet PC)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 5450 512MB Video Card ($28.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: Raidmax ATX-249B (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($23.25 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Raidmax 450W ATX12V Power Supply ($11.25 @ Newegg)
Total: $258.38

You wont be able to play anything new with this, and ram that costs more than the CPU :/
Do not get 8gigs its not even worth, get 2x2gb (two sticks run faster in dual channel).

Raidmax are trash PSU DO NOT GET

i would not really call it a gaming build, my sugestion is to save money, you need at least a 450-500$ budget to get a medium build.
