Yes, all will work nicely together.

I notice it is a micro-ATX motherboard, do you also use a micro-ATX case? If so, you'll want to be sure it has enough room for the graphics card. Should be fine, it's a pretty short card at 210mm, but it's a question that always needs to be asked for micro ATX cases.

If you are using a normal ATX case, then ignore that point completely, it'll fit.

It would be nice to have some airflow in that case for sure. Does it have a place you can add at least one fan in the back to blow out some air? Fans are extremely cheap.

The graphics card doesn't have a VGA out, but it does come with a dvi to VGA adapter you can use.
