Hey, this is my first pc build an I'm not 100% sure if all these parts will fit together.
Motherboard: Asus p8h77-v
CPU: i3-4330 Haswell
Graphics card: GTX 650 Ti Boost
RAM: Corsair 6GB (2x3)
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda
Case: Rosewill Challenger
PSU: COOLMAX V-400

Solution

No they wont.
You CPU required a LGA1150 socket... but your motherboard has a LGA1155 socket so these are not compatible.
Also, I would recommend a good 500w PSU, not 400.

Buy this motherboard instead and get the 500w PSU and your good to go.

Thanks. And I put my parts into pc parts picker and it only uses 291W. If I have a 500W PSU will it always use 500W or just use the amount that it has to?

PC Part picker is not accurate.
It is always a good idea to have an extra 100w spare just in case.
Components draw there power from the power supply, they will only draw what they need, if you have a 500w power supply, but your system only needs 300w, it will only take 300w.

I'll go with a 500W PSU then.
