What GPU should I buy? And will it fit in my case?

Hey dudes!
I am going to buy a new GPU in a couple of weeks and I still can't decide! It has to be something around the 160$ because I live outside the US and the taxes are too high.. so I was thinking in a 7790 or a 7850 but I don't know if I can get something better! Can you advice me what to buy?
Also, I have this case http://www.ezcool.com.tw/products-detail.php?id=2595&c=653 (I know it's cheap but I like it :) ) and I don't know if the GPU will fit, I currently have a 6670 DDR3

Hello... measure the distance from the rear case card slot openings to your hardrive cage frame to determine your maximum Video card length... go to the the MFG'r site of cards you are interested in, and under specifications and/or details, get the card length information... also take into consideration if the video card power connection might be on the back of the video card... also take into consideration that not all makers of the same model are not the same length, you will find a diifferent GPU Cooling design will make a Video card lengh vary.
