I've recently been having trouble keeping a constant wirless and wired internet connection. They will both go out but I will still be connected to the internet, just nothing will load. I emailed TWC and recieved this
"The modem is showing a good signal, but its logs are showing that the Ethernet connection between the modem and the Belkin router keeps dropping. This could be caused by a bad Ethernet cable or a bad port on either the modem or router.
2013/9/23@8:53:10 "Ethernet link dormant - not currently active"
2013/9/23@8:53:18 "Ethernet link up - ready to pass packets"
2013/9/23@9:37:50 "Ethernet link dormant - not currently active"
Is this a common issue? I switched the ends and it worked for awhile but the issue remains.
